a) We guarantee 1 out of 3 siRNA will show a knock down efficiency (KD%) in mRNA level over 80% at a concentration of 25 nM in 48h. Demonstrate that the positive control’s KD% is ≥80% to confirm the experimental system's validity.
b) If this is not observed, please provide the protocol & data to us , we will provide a one-time replacement siRNA for free with noshipping fee.
c) Limited to naked siRNA for human, mouse, rat species in vitro.
