The AmMag™ Quatro Mini -1100 is a fully automated solution designed for mini-scale, high-throughput, versatile purification needs of plasmid, protein, and antibody. Designed for maximum efficiency, this system allows for simultaneous operation of up to 4 independent purification modules, all controlled by a central Mini controller, or can easily mix & match with AmMag™ Quatro Maxi with the Maxi controller.

Designed with dual-function capability, each module can process up to 48 samples for plasmid purification or up to 96 samples for protein/antibody purification in a single run with one module, or up to 196 or 394 samples for plasmid or protein purification with a 4 module setup. The AmMag™ Quatro Mini -1100 significantly increases throughput with a flexible scalable design while significantly reducing hands-on time for mid-to-high throughput demands.

Concentration, yield, purity and supercoiling of the plasmid extracted by AmMag™ Quatro Mini are basically consistent with those of the manual kit. The endotoxin level islower, which meet the needs of downstream transfection applications.

AmMag™ Quatro Mni module can complete 48 samples at one time, and the yield and supercoiling uniformity of samples are strong.
Case 3. Uniformity and functional test for antibody purification

Antibody: hIgG; Volume: 1 mL; Expression Host: CHO Titer: ~600 µg/ml.

The AmMag™ Quatro Mini 1100 can purify 48 samples per run, delivering > 80 % recovery for one elution, highly consistent yield with CV at 3%, and comparable bioactivity via ELISA compared to manual process and positive control.
