  a) We guarantee 1 out of 3 siRNA will show a knock down efficiency (KD%) in mRNA level over 80% at a concentration of 25 nM in 48h. Demonstrate that the positive control’s KD% is ≥80% to confirm the experimental system's validity.
  b) If this is not observed, please provide the protocol & data to us , we will provide a one-time replacement siRNA for free with noshipping fee.
  c) Limited to naked siRNA for human, mouse, rat species in vitro.

After siRNA transfection, qPCR probes and primers are used to evaluate silencing efficiency by measuring target mRNA levels.
