Overview

GenScript has developed the proprietary TurboCHO™ expression system for higher-titer production of recombinant antibodies. Unlike TurboCHO™ High throughput platform, TurboCHO™ Express is designed for middle-scale production, with a timeline from gene synthesis to antibody delivery of just 10 business days! It also offers multiple purification and endotoxin control options in the default QC list, ensuring high-quality product delivery. TurboCHO™ Express platform can also deliver a range of purified antibody products (e.g., IgGs, Fab, scFV, VHH, bi-specific antibodies, and more) in quantities (i.e., from 5 mg to 1 g).

Additionally, GenScript introduces the FucoFree Cell line, designed for the production of afucosylated antibodies. This innovative cell line eliminates fucose modification, resulting in enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and improved therapeutic efficacy. The combination of TurboCHO™ Express and the FucoFree Cell line provides researchers with efficient and tailored antibody production, offering new possibilities in the field of antibody therapeutics.
