Case Studies

Case I: Claudin 18.2 protein immunogen

Goal: Generate mouse monoclonal antibodies that are specific to claudin 18.2

Immunogen: Protein Claudin 18.2

Screening Material: Claudin 18.2 overexpressing cell line & animal tumor tissue

Results: Successfully generate 111 hCCR9-positive clones and 51 validated recombinant antibodies clones (TAT < 45 days)
