Overview

GenScript provides magnetic racks that help you purify proteins from small scale (≤ 2 mL), midi-scale (2 – 15 mL) and large-scale (15- 50 mL) cell cultures and lysates. These modular magnetic racks allow fast protein purification while simplifying the procedure.

No centrifugation or filtration is required with magnetic beads while using AmMag™ MR racks.

Protein Purification

GenScript AmMag™ MR

magnetic separation rack is designed to separate GenScript’s paramagnetic beads from solution contained in 15 mL or 50 mL tubes. With the proprietary adaptable design of the AmMag™ MR, six samples in 15 ml or 50 ml tubes can be processed simultaneously which greatly increases the ease of use.

GenScript AmMag™ MR-mini

magnetic separation rack is designed to separate GenScript’s paramagnetic beads from solution contained in 1.5 mL and 2 mL micro-centrifuge tubes. The magnetic field has been optimized for separation of tubes < 2 mL in volume , there is an additional slot available for 15 ml tube.

GenScript AmMag™ Box

is designed to separate GenScript’s paramagnetic beads from solution contained in 6-well plates or from six 50 mL tubes.
