Types of Cyclic Peptides

The -NH2 and -COOH groups on a peptide can form lactam through conjugation, resulting in a more stable cyclic conformation. Cyclosporine, Anidulafungin are these peptides. GenScript can provide various kinds of lactam peptides.

Disulfide cyclization is the most common peptide modification. FDA has approved many disulfide peptide drugs, such as Octreotide, Lanreotide and Linaclotide. GenScript can provide various complex disulfide cyclic peptides.
