Novel Solutions for High Throughput Antibody and Protein Purification Using Magnetic Beads

GenScript's AmMag SA plus automates the protein or antibody purification using magnetic beads. The instrument is capable to handle sample volume from 2 ml to 50 ml, with minimum elution volume of 0.4 ml. The upgraded model has added the flexibility to use up to 5 customized buffers for washing and elution steps, which allows the mix and match of different buffers to perform multiple washes and elution. In combination with our antibody or recombinant protein binding magnetic beads, the system can isolate up to 80 mg of protein or antibody per sample. It can process 12 samples in just 45 to 48 minutes.
