The CytoSinct™ Manual Separator system is designed for the magnetic isolation of both human and animal cells and used together with superparamagnetic CytoSinct™ Nanobeads. The CytoSinct™ Separation Column, independently developed by GenScript, is designed for use with CytoSinct™ Magnetic Rack. Its built-in ferromagnetic beads amplify the magnetic field up to 10,000-fold, creating a powerful high-gradient magnetic environment for efficient cell separation. When the column is attached to the magnet, Nanobeads labeled cells are retained within the column, while unlabeled cells flow through. After removing the column from the magnetic field, the retained cells can be gently eluted. Both cell fractions—labeled and unlabeled—are viable for downstream applications such as cell culture, flow cytometry and animal transplantation..
