Terms and Conditions

1. GenScript Biotech Inc. reserves all rights to this promotion.
2. This promotion is from 8/8/2025 to 10/8/2025. Redemptions must be submitted by 23:59 EST on October 17, 2025.
3. This promotion is for reagent services order only.

5. Promoter. GenScript USA Inc, with its registered address at 860 Centennial Ave, Piscataway, New Jersey 08854 (the “Promoter”)
6. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older who are legal residents of the United States and Canada only. Customers located in other regions may be eligible for region-specific promotions. The re-direction (except for Mainland China) is done via IP address. Customers should be logged into their account for best match to the correct regional page.

   Employees of the Promoter, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household as any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate. By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that your participation is not restricted or prohibited under any applicable laws, contractual obligations, or employment policies.

7. Participation Requirements. To participate in the Promotion, participants must have internet access, submit form in full, and provide a valid shipping address. Based on the tier, participants can choose either a gift or a voucher by clicking the “Redeem now” button. Participants must be logged into their GenScript account to redeem. Redemption eligibility is calculated automatically by the system based on orders placed from August 8, 2025 to October 8, 2025. Participants must submit the form with accurate shipping details to redeem a gift. Participants may submit multiple redemptions if they have multiple qualifying orders. Each redemption must be submitted separately. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.
8. Participation Period. The Promotion is for any reagent service orders placed from August 8, 2025 to October 8, 2025. Redemptions must be submitted by 23:59 EST on October 17, 2025. Only claims received before this deadline will be considered valid. Claims submitted before or after the entry period will not be accepted.
9. Qualifying Orders & Rewards.

   Participants may redeem a gift or a discount voucher for their next order, depending on the invoice amount after any applicable discounts and excluding tax, shipping and handling fees:

   • Tier 1: For any reagent services order equals to or greater than $2,888 but less than $5,888, participants can choose either a tote bag or a $188 voucher for their next order.
   • Tier 2: For any reagent services order equals to or greater than $5,888, participants can choose either a tote plus gym bag set or a $388 voucher for their next order.

   The gift and discount vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The GenScript reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value if the advertised gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the GenScript’s control.

10. Gifts Details.

    There are two (2) gifts available, depending on the order amount. The tote bag, with an approximate retail value of $5 USD, and the tote plus gym bag set, with an approximate retail value of $28 USD.

11. Redemption Process.

    After receiving the order confirmation email, access the page https://www.genscript.com/celebrate-a-new-era-with-genscript.html.

    A. Select your rewards and click “Redeem Now” to submit your selection.

    B. Fill out all the required information if you select a gift.

    C. All selection must be submitted by 23:59 EST on October 17, 2025.

    It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their contact details are accurate and current at the time of entry. GenScript is not responsible for any failure to receive notification due to incorrect or outdated contact information, spam filtering, or other technical issues beyond its control.

    D. Special Instructions by Reward Type:

    • For GIFT Selection: Provide a complete shipping address, including the recipient's name, street, postal code, city, and country. If using an institutional or commercial address, ensure it complies with your organization's gift acceptance policies. Gifts will be delivered within 8 weeks after submission.
    • For DISCOUNT VOUCHER Selection: voucher will be delivered within 8 weeks after submission. The discount voucher will be automatically included in the eligible participants account and they will be notified by email. The discount voucher will be valid for use until 31 December 2025 on any reagent service orders only.

12. Verification and Disqualification. GenScript reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or to have been submitted using false, multiple, or fraudulent identities, including the use of temporary or anonymous email services such as GuerillaMail, Mailinator, or Apple’s “Hide My Email.” Gifts and discount vouchers may be withheld or revoked if a participant is found to have provided false information, tampered with the entry process, or otherwise acted in a manner that undermines the integrity of the Promotion. Qualified participants will receive a notification via email informing that the gift/discount voucher was issued.

13. Delivery. Gifts will be dispatched to the customers following confirmation of their eligibility and receipt of valid delivery information. The Promoter is not responsible for any non-delivery or delay resulting from incorrect address information provided by the winner, courier issues, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
14. Data Protection. The Promoter will process participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, selecting winners, delivering prizes, and handling any related correspondence. In addition, the Promoter may analyze responses submitted through the survey to assess participants’ potential interest in GenScript’s products and services, based on the participant’s organization type, job role, and stated needs. Where a participant has explicitly consented, a GenScript representative may contact them to provide more information about GenScript’s offerings. Such contact will only occur if the participant has opted in to receive marketing communications. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter or following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any communication. Personal data will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Data will only be disclosed where required by law, court order, or a regulatory authority. 15. Objection to Disclosure. In accordance with applicable laws, the Promoter may be required to make available the surname and country of customers. Participants may object to this disclosure by contacting legal@genscript.com. In such cases, the Promoter may still be required to disclose the information to a regulatory authority upon request.
16. Changes and Cancellation. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time due to events outside its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated through the same channel used to promote the original promotion.
17. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise rendered invalid due to technical issues or causes beyond its control. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
18. Health care professionals are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
19. Acceptance of Terms. By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you are not prohibited by employment, contract, or law from receiving a promotional item from GenScript USA Inc.
20. Offer void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulation or agency/institutional policy.
