• What is the grade of GenScirpt's catalog mRNA/circRNA products?

  The catalog products are RUO grade. We can customize them into preclinical grade upon request as well with additional time and cost. Please reach out to our technical support team for details.

• What are the QCs you provide for your catalog mRNA/circRNA products?

  The COA for catalog linear mRNA contains verification of appearance, length, purity, pH, concentration, OD260/OD280, OD260/OD230, and endotoxin.

  The COA for catalog circRNA contains verification of appearance, length, purity, pH, concentration, OD260/OD280, and endotoxin.

  Additional QC items like capping efficiency, poly A length, dsRNA/protein/DNA residue, bioburden, etc. can be requested with extra cost.

• What buffer is your catalog mRNA/circRNA products delivered in?

  It is delivered in our default buffer: 1 mM Sodium citrate, pH 6.5.

• Does GenScript provide other quantity options for your catalog products beyond listed?

• What should I do if the mRNA concentration I measure is different from what’s listed on the product label?

  A: If your measured mRNA concentration is significantly lower than the value indicated on the product tube, we recommend denaturing the sample by heating it to 65°C for 1 minute, then snap-cooling it on ice before re-measuring.

  Why: Heating helps disrupt secondary structures, reduce aggregation, and improve solubility and homogeneity. These factors can affect how RNA absorbs light during spectrophotometric measurements. While this process doesn’t change the actual RNA quantity, it can improve the accuracy of your concentration reading.

• Can GenScript make these catalog mRNAs with different modifications for me?
