• Project can begin from HTP gene synthesis or customer-supplied DNA but Antibody sequences are required for project evaluation in both cases.

• Pricing applicable to human IgG1, human IgG4, mouse IgG2a, and mouse/human chimeric with hIgGI/hIgG4; Kappa (ĸ)/lambda(Λ) light chains.
• QC Data for SC1945 includes Western blotting against the Fc tag of the antibody to determine expression.
• QC Data for SC1796 & SC1797 includes A280 for Antibody concentration and SDS-PAGE for purity assessment.
• Additional QC such as SEC-HPLC, HTP ELISA, Endotoxin Testing, LC-MS, and peptide mapping available upon request (pricing may vary).
• Based on the specific antibodies clients request, we will choose the proper expression cells and appropriate expression volume corresponding to the actual yield.
• If ≥85% (antibody #) are expressed and delivered, the whole project will be charged in full; If <85% (antibody #) are expressed and delivered, we will charge for the delivered antibodies, and only charge a basic setup fee for gene synthesis, cloning and expression evaluation of the antibody sequences that are failed to deliver.

• The expression is done in High Density HD expression system.
• Turnaround time: Mol. Biol. part takes 10-14 BD, and expression purification take 10-14 BD (for the first 8 BsAb). Add 3 BDs for every addional 8 BsAb or the gene over 3,000bp.
